Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Returno Group India aims to provide high-quality clothing and complete customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return, exchange, or request a refund.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is not from clearance/sale category (non-returnable)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear
  • Accessories
  • Free gifts
  • Items purchased during heavy discounts or clearance sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Wrong / Defective Product

If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with photos/video.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange the product for:

  • A different size
  • A different color (if available)

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to:

  • Original payment method (online payments)
  • Bank account (for COD orders)

Refunds may take 5–7 working days after product inspection.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via phone or email
  2. Provide order number and issue details
  3. Return pickup will be arranged (service availability may vary)
  4. Product will be inspected
  5. Refund/Exchange will be processed accordingly

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
